Convenient location near exhibition center, U-Bahn station, and shopping mall. Clean and well-equipped apartment. friendly and helpful owner. Good parking option for small cars.

Spent my xmas at this apartment, and it was fantastic - there was a lovely bakery in the same building, and just a quick walk to the subway and shopping mall, very convenient. the apartment was clean and spacious, with heated floors that kept me warm in the chilly weather. the best part was the fully-equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook my xmas dinner with ease.
there was no air conditioning, which made the apartment quite warm and stuffy.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the exhibition center and U-Bahn station, making it easy to explore. Nearby, there is a small shopping center where you can find everything you need. the rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, Nespresso machines, and other kitchen facilities for your convenience.
The absence of any staff during the entire stay is inconvenient and there is no one to ask for basic inquiries or supplies.

The location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping center with all the necessities. The apartment was equipped with underfloor heating for added comfort and a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee. The host was very helpful and accommodating with unconventional requests.
The apartment could have been cleaner and the kitchen was lacking in some basic equipment. The balcony had cigarette ash which was a bit unpleasant.
